All orders are shipped from our third-party logistics (3PL) warehouse in China, with final delivery handled by local partner carriers. See the detailed description below for what a 3PL does.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Delivery Time:
Estimated delivery time is 3-14 business days from the date of shipment, depending on location.

We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide. No hidden fees and charges apply.
No Customs Fees or Surprises
You won’t pay any customs duties or import taxes—what you see at checkout is the final price, with no hidden charges upon delivery.
Tracking:
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery. You can also track your order directly on our website here:
Delays:
We strive to deliver promptly, but delays may occur during high-demand periods, holidays, or due to unforeseen issues with the shipping provider. We appreciate your patience.
Delivery Address:
Please ensure that all delivery details are correct. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect address information.
Failed Deliveries or Returned Packages:
If a package is returned to us due to incorrect address information or failure to collect it, we will contact you to arrange a new delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.
Damaged Packages:

* Customs & Compliance: Handles export documentation and ensures smooth cross-border delivery.
* Returns Handling: Manages international returns when necessary.
* Inventory Management: Offers real-time inventory tracking through a digital dashboard.
Important: The inventory stored at our 3PL facility is fully owned by us. We have purchased this stock ourselves and shipped it to our 3PL. The 3PL is simply storing and managing our inventory.
Important Delivery Information
• Accurate Shipping Details: Please ensure your delivery information is complete and correct. We cannot be held responsible for delayed or lost shipments due to incorrect address details.
• Undeliverable Packages: If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address or a failed delivery attempt, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping fees may apply.
• Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please take photos and notify us within 24 hours by emailing support@johnnie-threads.com. We will assist you with a resolution promptly.
